My name is Janina Schwarz, and I am an independent expert in the field of compliance, AML (Anti-Money Laundering), and a passionate coach. With over 13 years of experience in consulting and managing international projects on Capital Markets Compliance topics, KYC (Know Your Customer), and AML (Anti-Money Laundering), I have developed a deep understanding of the requirements and challenges in this area. As a compliance and anti-money laundering officer in a start-up and later as an expert in various projects at established banks (Retail, Private Wealth, Professional Clients), I have supported both in Germany and internationally, gaining a broad spectrum of industry experience.
